Some of our coffee (usually just a single Medium Dark bean) is for sale at Townsite Grocery, a local-family run grocery at Townsite and Millstone.  Let us know if there's something else you'd like to see there!

Organic Atitlan (Medium-Dark 60)

A bright, sweet cup with notes of chocolate, honey and citrus.  Roasted medium to highlight all the great flavours.

Huehuetenango #3 (Medium-Dark 64)

A rich, full-bodied chocolatey companion from the Huehuetenango region.  Sun dried and hand washed.  Roasted just slightly darker than medium to bring out notes of caramel and a subtle chocolatey richness.  Almost as much fun to say the name as it is to drink!

Pacific Decaf Blend (Dark 55)

A remarkably sweet and good-tasting swiss water decaf with a blend of beans from various pacific origins.

El Gran Mirador, Peru (Medium-light, 85)

Clear and bright with a remarkably smooth mouth feel.  Hints of berry, wine, and caramel. Evokes crisp, still, fall air.

This is an organic, fully-washed, special-sorted bean, produced by a women's co-operative in Peru.

Espresso Mirador  (Dark 52)

The same Peruvian bean as our Medium-Light El Gran Mirador, but roasted just into second crack to promote better extraction in espresso.  Lots of beautiful berry and floral notes coming through in a smooth, deep, rich espresso.
